Nell’elenco di richieste spiccano quella di convogli con una composizione non «ballerina» delle vetture di prima classe, che provoca difficoltà di risalita per i passeggeri, quella di carrozze adeguate e una diversa qualità del servizio a Milano: il ripristino di corse tra la stazione centrale e gli altri scali milanesi, ma anche «un maggior controllo sui treni: in seconda classe non viene quasi mai effettuata la pulizia».
Ad accentuare il disagio, poi, c’è la novità dei parcheggi a pagamento a Chiari. «Per i pendolari di Chiari, Palazzolo, Adro, Cologne e della Bassa - ha ricordato ancora la Ghirardi - è un salasso: il parcheggio costa 45 euro al mese per i pendolari, 80 per gli altri, e molti hano cambiato stazione scegliendo ROMANO o Rovato, che hanno aree di sosta meno care, creando problemi dove non c’erano».
